東北地方太平洋沖地震について２１　（社協職員派遣の報告１５）

第19クール6月11日（土）～4月18日（土）の期間、岩手県下閉伊郡山田町へ行ってきました。静岡県内社協は6名で、山田町社協の支援をおこないました。

 ○山田町災害ボランティアセンターの運営支援

　私が担当をしたのは、災害ボランティアセンターの運営支援で、マッチング班を担当しました。前月から緊急雇用で採用された現地スタッフの方たちとともに日々の運営をしていく中で、より効率よく、かつ現地スタッフの方々が自立した状態になることをサポートする形となりました。

日々の業務に追われる中で落としがちではあるのですが、避難所から仮設住宅へと生活拠点が切り替わるライフスタイルを考慮し、これからの災害ボランティアセンターおよび山田町社協の支援していかなければならない使命が何であるのか今一度、協議をしていく必要性があると感じました。

　本会でも災害ボランティアセンターの立上げや運営を担います。これらの経験をもとに本市における体制整備に努めていきたいと思います。
